02Useful without an account

Start locally. Sync is optional, not a gate to basic tracking.

03Private by architecture

We designed the sync path so the relay does not need readable care data.

Why TinyRhythm

Less platform. More family.

Popular baby trackers are good products, but they make different trade-offs: cloud accounts, richer content, AI, communities or analytics. TinyRhythm deliberately focuses on fast tracking, offline use and privacy that does not require us to read your logs.

TinyRhythm
TinyRhythm approach

Your device is the starting point, not our database.

No account is required. Local tracking works offline. If you choose Family Sync, the care snapshot is encrypted before it reaches the relay and decrypted only on a paired device.

Everything you actually reach for

A full day of care, without a full-time admin job.

TinyRhythm keeps the everyday actions fast, then gives you enough history and context to answer the questions that come up later.

Feeds without the fuss

Bottle feeds, breastfeeding timers and pumping are designed for one-handed, sleep-deprived logging.

Sleep that stays simple

Start a live sleep timer or add a previous sleep later. Edit history without losing context.

Nappies in seconds

Wet, dirty, both or dry, with optional details when they actually matter.

Patterns, not pressure

Daily history and gentle insights help you see routines without pretending every baby follows the same schedule.

Growth and baby care

Keep growth measurements, medication and supplements alongside everyday care records.

Mum matters too

Record Mum’s medication and supplements without turning a baby tracker into an overwhelming medical dashboard.

Built for real hand-offs

Two parents. Two phones. One current picture.

Family Sync merges changes between paired devices, including changes recorded while one phone was offline. Realtime updates make the other device feel current without turning your baby’s history into readable server data.

Privacy design

“Trust us” is not the security model.

TinyRhythm is designed so the baby-care data you enter does not need to be readable by us. Local mode keeps it on your device; Family Sync encrypts it before transmission.

What we cannot read from an encrypted sync snapshot

Baby name and profile, feed details, nappy details, sleep times, pumping records, growth measurements, medication or supplement records, notes and care history.

What the infrastructure can still see

Privacy should include the boring details too. A sync relay necessarily sees an encrypted payload plus limited delivery metadata such as identifiers and timestamps. Hosting and network providers may also process technical request information such as IP addresses. Vercel Analytics counts visits and page views, but TinyRhythm removes query strings, URL hashes and UUID-like record identifiers before those analytics events are sent. None of that is the same as being able to read the care records inside the encrypted payload.

01

Local by default

TinyRhythm stores your care records in the browser database on your device. You do not need to create an account to start tracking.

02

Encrypt before upload

When Family Sync is enabled, the shared snapshot is encrypted on your device before it is sent to the relay.

03

Relay ciphertext, not readable records

The relay moves encrypted data between paired devices. The decryption secret stays with the family’s devices, not with the relay.

04

Decrypt on the paired device

The receiving device downloads the encrypted snapshot and decrypts it locally before merging it into its own database.

Your family’s care history can stay private by design.Start locally. Enable encrypted Family Sync only if you need it.

How it works

Open it. Track it. Get back to your baby.

TinyRhythm is a web app and installable PWA, so there is no app-store gate before you can start.

Step 1

Open TinyRhythm

Start in a modern browser. Set up your baby locally without creating a TinyRhythm account.

Step 2

Record the day

Feeds, pumping, nappies, sleep and care records are written to the on-device database, including while offline.

Step 3

Pair another caregiver

Family Sync is optional. Pair a second device and encrypted updates move between them automatically.

Step 4

Install when you want

Add TinyRhythm to your Home Screen for an app-like experience. iOS browser-to-PWA handoff uses a short-lived encrypted transfer.

No signup wall between you and the tracker.Open TinyRhythm, set up your baby locally and begin.

Connection optional

The nursery does not stop when Wi-Fi does.

Once loaded or installed, TinyRhythm keeps recording locally when the connection drops. If Family Sync is enabled, queued changes are sent when the device reconnects.

A few important answers

Privacy should be understandable.

No vague claims, no pretending that encryption removes every kind of technical metadata.

Do I need an account?

No. TinyRhythm can be set up and used locally without creating a TinyRhythm account.

Can TinyRhythm read my synced baby records?

The Family Sync design encrypts the care snapshot on your device before upload. The relay does not hold the family decryption secret.

Does it work without internet?

Yes for everyday recording after the app has loaded or been installed. Initial loading, installation and cross-device sync require connectivity.

Is Family Sync a cloud backup?

No. It is a private device-to-device synchronization system using an encrypted relay, not an account-based recovery vault.

Is TinyRhythm medical advice?

No. It records what you enter and helps you review patterns. Medication, feeding and health decisions should come from appropriate healthcare professionals.

What happens when I install it on iPhone?

TinyRhythm can prepare a short-lived encrypted handoff so browser data can be restored into the separately isolated iOS Home Screen app.
